Procrastination Doesn’t Live Here.

In spring 2024, Thumbtack set out to claim its position as “the one app for your home,” offering overwhelmed homeowners a clear solution for knowing what to do, who to hire, and when to do it.

To bring this message to life, the brand team created three animated national TV spots, each centered around a specific emotional barrier homeowners face: procrastination, indecision, and uncertainty.

With a fast-moving timeline and a lean budget, we faced the challenge of standing out in a crowded category while positioning Thumbtack as the antidote to home stress. The result is a campaign designed to meet homeowners where they are and help them move forward with confidence.
