AIGA Richmond

A talk on tactile design, promoted by hand.

This project is years older than the rest of my portfolio, but it’s one that’s dear to me. I volunteered to give a talk for my local AIGA chapter on tactile design, which uses physical materials to carry a message in ways digital work sometimes can’t. Once the talk was greenlit, I had about a day to promote it, so rather than opening my laptop, I built the poster’s artwork by hand out of paper, letting the medium be the message.
